Ryan Spiekerman
Founding Principal
Ryan Spiekerman is a founding principal of HELIX responsible for identifying growth opportunities and overseeing current assets. Through Helix’s affiliated company Next Gen Investments, he has acquired over $190 million of real estate combined for over 2 million sq. ft of property. Through his 28 years of real estate experience, Ryan leverages his background in development, management, and finance to identify a comprehensive solution to the most challenging real estate requirements. He takes pride in the ability to think creatively and share ideas with his strong brokerage connections to solve complex problems in value-add commercial real estate. Mr. Spiekerman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Ryan is a member of Scottsdale Charros and is actively involved in several charitable organizations that benefit children's health, safety, and education.
Adam Feldman
Principal & Designated Broker
Adam Feldman has been a commercial real estate professional since 1992. Adam currently oversees the debt and equity for the company's commercial investment property portfolio as well as handles the operations, management and financial components of Helix Properties. Prior to co-founding Helix, Mr. Feldman represented a multitude of clients in the sale and lease of commercial, office, and retail property in Illinois and Arizona. Mr. Feldman is a graduate of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business concentrating in Finance and Strategy. Additionally, he graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Political Science and a Minor in Economics. Adam, via the Helix Foundation, supports charitable and philanthropic causes that add to the quality of life within our community.
Jeff Harris
Commercial Leasing & Sales
A real estate veteran, Jeff has been responsible for over 350 leasing transactions with a lease value of over $100 million dollars. He has also closed over $160 million dollars in investment sales transactions. Recognized as a “Top Producer” Jeff has established a high standard of performance for Helix for continuous growth through various market conditions. As a former small business owner and investment property owner, Jeff is very familiar and sensitive to the needs of both tenants and landlords. Jeff Harris began his real estate career in 2000 following the sale of his restaurant and family entertainment business he owned and operated for 6 years in upstate New York. Jeff is a graduate of the State University of New York with a BS in Economics and Business Administration.
Sarah Thompson
Brokerage & Property Manager
Sarah Thompson has worked in commercial real estate since 2002 and oversees the asset management team at Helix. Sarah brings over 20 years of experience focusing on optimizing tenant relationships, implementing cost savings programs and finding long term solutions for capital investments. She further specializes in landlord and tenant representation and has closed over 450 leasing and sales transactions. Sarah’s real estate knowledge encompasses all facets of retail and office in the Phoenix metro marketplace. Sarah’s strong work ethic, personal service, and thorough attention to detail make her a valuable asset to both landlords and tenants. She is a three time recipient of the CoStar Group’s Power Broker award and has served on the ICSC Southwest Idea Exchange Board.
Joann Nardozza
Director of Operations
Joann has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2004. With over 20 years of experience, she has provided executive support in all areas of commercial real estate, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, development, property management, and day-to-day operations. Joann plays a vital part in the company by overseeing the general functionality of the office, as she also cultivates and maintains relationships with a wide variety of internal and external contacts. She has superb use of judgment, initiative, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment while always representing Helix’s brand and key values. Joann’s strong work ethic and passion for detail make her an asset to our team.
